Michigan Football Uniform Concepts

As a Buckeye fan, I'd like to think I have a healthy mix of distaste and respect for the Michigan football program. You can't deny the rich history and traditions that make it one of the top football programs in the country. The Michigan uniforms have had minimal tweaks over the years, mainly sticking to the traditional look with small adjustments. I wanted to take a shot at designing a look that highlighted the traditional elements in a modern way. The winged helmet will always be a Michigan football staple. I pretty much left the helmet alone, only changing the white mount above the facemark to maize. I carried the winged design element down onto a maize jersey, highlighting tradition with an energetic updated completely maize and blue design.
